Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Consistent with the Mission Statement and Strategic Objectives of the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), CSC has a requirement for a Urinalysis Collection Program for the Edmonton, Alberta area. The program must be in compliance with the Corrections and Conditional Release Act, Corrections and Conditional Release Regulations, and Guidelines and Policy under the Act.
Objectives: To collect, store, and ship urine samples at the Project Authority’s request. Samples collected are forwarded for lab testing for substance or alcohol use, or both.
Deliverables:
The Contractor must complete the urinalysis log sheets and a detailed invoice monthly and forward them to the Project Authority. The Contractor must provide details of all expenditures with supporting documents with each invoice.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027.
