Description of Work:

The Department of Finance (FIN) requires IT Security Consulting Services under Information Technology Security Threat and Risk Assessment and Certification and Accreditation Analyst of the TBIPS supply arrangement.

Two Senior IT Security Consultants are required to assist in conducting IT Security Risk Assessments and Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) activities, including the review and update, as required, of the Departmental IT Security Policy instruments (e.g., policies, directives, templates, gap analysis against the new TBS policy suite, etc.).

Throughout this engagement, the Bidder's proposed resources will leverage the Communications Security Establishment Canada (CSEC) IT Security Publication number 33 (ITSG-33), TBS Policy on Government Security (PGS), Directive on Security Management (DSM) and other relevant Government of Canada sources.
