**NRC HAS ALREADY EXTENDED THE INVITATION TO THE FIRST 5 SUPPLIERS THAT ASK TO BE INVITED. UNFORTUNATELY, THE INVITATION WILL NOT BE OPENED TO ALL ADDITIONAL SUPPLIERS AS IT WOULD NOT BE CONSISTENT WITH THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.**

The NRC has a requirement for strategic, policy and research support as part of broader efforts to advance its digital vision and transformation.
