This procurement is set aside from all the relevant trade agreements pursuant to the set-aside provisions for Indigenous businesses or for small and minority businesses.

Description:
The intent of Canada is to renovate the facility building in Kugaaruk, Nunavut.
Scope of Work:
Remove existing vehicle ramp
Install new vehicle ramp for garage
Level and add footing pads to triodedic foundation of facility building
Repair facility building plumbing
The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by 2023 March 31st.
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT
This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.

Basis of Selection: Highest Combined Point Rating of the Inuit Benefit Plan, which includes Inuit Benefits Criteria (IBC), Nunavut Benefits Criteria (NBC) and Price, will be recommended for contract award.
Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
