The Chief of Air Force Staff (C Air Force) and the Directorate - Air Personnel Management (D Air Pers Mgt) in Nepean, ON require the services of one (1) Human Resources Consultant, Junior Level, and one (1) Human Resources Consultant, Senior Level.
The period of the Contract will be from Contract Award to one (1) year later.
It is the intention of Canada to award a one (1) contract for this request.
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The TSPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.
