Description of the Requirement:

Transport Canada has a requirement to establish a contract for Business Consulting/Change
Management Services to assist the department’s Transportation and Economic Analysis
Directorate in developing a modern, digital, analytics-driven approach to promote supply chain optimization, improve asset/traffic management, foster resiliency and improve coordination across modes.

The key objectives will be to gain insight into global leading practices in supply chain digitalization, assess current digital supply chain and analytics capability of Transport Canada and key private section organizations and to develop a vision and strategic roadmap for the future-state digital supply chain and transportation logistics analytics framework.
