Description:
Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires an intensive, hands-on learning experience for a targeted cohort of employees who will spend time designing proposed solutions to address challenges and opportunities identified by the Department. The training will enable the cohort to apply their learning to projects and be equipped with the fundamental tools to integrate innovation principles and approaches into the work of the department.
ECCC requires training that is applicable to the Department as a whole in adjusting to a post-pandemic work environment and accruing a greater understanding on how innovation can achieve an effective future of work model.
Summary
Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for Intrapreneur training as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from Contract Award Date to March 31, 2024.

Service Requirements

Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.

Environment and Climate Change Canada provides procurement services in both official languages. Bidders may submit a bid in the official language of their choice.
