This contract is issued to satisfy the requirement in support of the Royal Canadian Navy (RCN), to seek a software solution to support the process of replacing its legacy Nuclear Emergency Response (NER) Radiation Sensor Integration, Command and Control, Decision Support and Exercise (RSICCDSE) program that is nearing obsolescence. The work will involve the following: the integration of existing RCN radiation detectors into the software suite, the provision of technical data packages, such as the user and theory manuals, associated with the software suite, and an initial cadre training, as well as the provisions for the in-service support of the Contractor’s software.
