This Request for Proposal (RFP) is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who pre-qualified under B.1 Business Analyst Level 3 against the TBIPS Supply Arrangement # EN578-170432.

**NRC HAS EXTENDED THE INVITATION TO THE FIRST 5 SUPPLIERS THAT ASK TO BE INVITED. UNFORTUNATELY, THE INVITATION WILL NOT BE OPENED TO ALL ADDITIONAL SUPPLIERS AS IT WOULD NOT BE CONSISTENT WITH THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.**

Description of Work:

The Construction Research Centre’s Built Environment Regulations & Specifications (BERS) division has a complex service model involving other governments, industry partners, clients, public stakeholders and internal research & development teams to develop and maintain technical documentation such as the National Building Code. In order to support additional volume and complexity of documentation, services and partner/stakeholder engagement, new platforms are needed for collaboration, management of technical content and process efficiency. The project is in the late stages of scoping and planning, and preparing for the implementation stage.
