The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide Inmate Paid Television Services at Grande Cache Institution (GCI).
Objectives: GCI is seeking a Satellite Television Service provider to supply full satellite television to 245 existing outlets located in various areas of the facility
Deliverables: The Contractor must supply a viable, balanced 0 dB signal for CATV/MATV service to each of the existing 245 outlets in the Grande Cache Institution
The Contractor’s conduits, cables, wires, communications facilities and equipment on the premises (collectively, the “Network”) installed by, or on behalf of, the Contractor on, in or to the premises remain the sole and exclusive personal property of the Contractor. Even if the Network may be in part or in whole, attached to the premises, it remains a chattel of the Contractor as part of the contract and not CSC property.
CSC will make all pre-wired outlets available to the contractor at no additional cost. However, the Contractor must maintain these outlets as part of the Network. If CSC requests additional outlets or relocation of existing outlets, the contractor's regular published installation or relocation charges will apply..
The contractor must provide satellite stations that include the minimum channels requested in Annex A-1 Channel Listing
CSC will review the list of channels selected annually. The contractor must provide CSC with the option to switch to equivalent channels.
The Contractor must coordinate all request for services, maintenance, or both with the Project Authority The Contractor must respond to requests for service calls within 24 hrs of the call.
CSC prohibits sexually explicit channels, and the Contractor must not include them in the list of channels. Bidders must acknowledge confirmation of this exclusion in their proposal.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2027.
