Learning Services - Virtual “Let’s Connect!” classes

The Contractor will be required to provide senior training facilitator and junior training facilitator services for the delivery of the virtual instructor-led “Let’s Connect!” classes.The classes will need to be delivered a minimum of 48 times and up to 60 times (additional classes may be added depending on demand) during the first year after the contract is awarded. The minimum of planned English sessions is 32 and the minimum of planned French sessions is 16.

There are currently 16 different “Let’s Connect!” classes, each to be offered twice in English and once in French (minimum 48 classes per year). While the topics featured in the 16 current “Let’s Connect” classes vary by module and theme, they all follow a similar design approach aimed at a highly interactive, participant-centered learning experience using virtual facilitation techniques.
