Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the Statement of Work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada CORCAN has a service requirement for the maintenance, repairs, installation and relocation, on an as required basis, of all tools, machinery and equipment at its various manufacturing facilities inside the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Objectives: The Contractor must ensure the proper functioning of all tools, machinery and equipment at its various manufacturing facilities inside the provinces of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.
Deliverables:
The work covered by this service contract consists of providing the necessary labour required to perform the required work. The service is to be provided on-site at the following CORCAN shops:
Dorchester Penitentiary – 4902 Main Street, Dorchester, New Brunswick
Atlantic Institution – 13175 Route 8, Smith Crossing, New Brunswick
Community Industries Moncton – 310 Baig boulevard, Moncton, New Brunswick
Springhill Institution – 330 McGee Street, Springhill, Nova Scotia
Nova Institution – 180 James Street, Truro, Nova Scotia

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of September 1, 2022 to August 31, 2023 with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
