This requirement is put forth by Health Canada on behalf of the Public Health Agency of Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSSB who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream: Project Management Services
Only selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a
TSPS SA under the E60ZT-16TSSB series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement process. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been initially invited to bid on this requirement.
SA Holders that are invited to compete as a joint venture must submit a bid as that joint venture SA Holder, forming no other joint venture to bid. Any joint venture must be already qualified under the E60ZT-16TSSB series as that joint venture at the time of bid closing in order to submit a bid.
Description of the Requirement:
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has directed the implementation of border restrictions and border control measures related to travelers, chief among these being testing and quarantine measures designed to help prevent the introduction and spread of the virus in Canada. Verification of travelers’ compliance with obligations has allowed PHAC to know whether its approach to enforcement is effective and what adjustments it may need to make to help limit the spread of the virus.
The objective of the work is to maximize PHAC’s ability to contact travellers and improve compliance monitoring and traveller compliance, by ensuring that PHAC continues to be supported in the design of new campaigns, re-design of existing campaigns, and in maintaining the operational efficiency of the contact centre.
