    Full construction services to satisfy the renovation of building that is approximately 25 years old, and still has many original components. The plan is to bring the building up to current code which would include adding a new fire suppression system throughout the building. We plan to replace the HVAC and boiler systems, and add new as required. There are also electrical upgrades included in the scope. A general refresh for finishes and materials is also planned. The Type B occupancy area will see a significant upgrade to bring the space up to current standards. This includes the addition of angled walls, and all new finishes and fixtures in this area. The building restrooms will be reconfigured to allow for barrier-free access where possible. Work is to be phased to maintain operations in an occupied building.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2025.

    This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

    No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
