    1. Remove and replace flooring in the general office area including private offices and boardroom, excluding washrooms and secure areas. (Approx 258m2).

    2. Paint general office area including private offices and boardroom, excluding washrooms and secure areas.

    3. Construct two new office suites in the basement (Room 010 - 27.06m2, Room 011- 32.48m2). Offices will require electrical, mechanical supply and exhaust. Data is required via conduit. New fire protection devices also required. Network terminations to be completed by the Government of Canada. The two offices will include an adjoining doorway.

    4. Furniture will require disassembly, moving and storage during flooring replacement.

    5. Temporarily locksets to be used for door installations, with permanent cylinders being provided to the Government of Canada for keying.

    The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by March 31, 2023.

    This is a first phase (Phase one) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first. 

    No further Request for Qualifications will be published for this solicitation.
