Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services to acquire the services of a Senior Change Management Consultant, on an as-and-when required basis, for the provision of strategic advice and facilitation services to the Transformation and Modernization Services directorate within Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada’s (AAFC) Information Systems Branch (ISB).

The Change Management Consultant must provide, at the request of the designated Project Authority, strategic advice and facilitation services to support TMS Executives or other designated groups during this period of significant internal transformation.
