Senior Learning Advisor

Transport Canada require a Senior Learning Advisor to perform a Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)
to assist the Centre of Enforcement Expertise (CEE) of Transport Canada (TC) in establishing a
National Enforcement Program Training Framework for Enforcement Investigators. The success
of the LNA must be predicated on the ability to express clearly who is coming in – what are they
expected to do – and what is the desired outcome.

The work associated with this contract will focus on reviewing, qualifying, enhancing and
reporting upon earlier LNA methodology outcomes as researched and prepared by internal
personnel. The results of this LNA shall define a “core training curriculum” for REU Managers and
Enforcement Investigators alike.
