Vertical Transportation Preventive Maintenance

INTENT: The National Capital Commission (NCC) wishes to put in place a preventive maintenance and services contract for ten (10) vertical transportation devices. The term of the contract will be for three (3) years plus two (2) individual option years.

ADDRESS ENQUIRIES TO: All enquiries must be submitted in writing to the Senior Contract Officer, identified on the title page (first page) of the bid solicitation as early as possible within the solicitation period and no later than five (5) business days prior to the date set for this bid solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided.

LANGUAGE: Bid documents and supporting information may be submitted in either English or French.

Basis of selection will be the bidder who meets all terms and conditions and mandatory requirements of this tender and who offers the NCC the lowest total evaluated price.
