Description of the Requirement:

Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services of a Contractor, Business consulting/ Change management stream – 2.3 Business consultant at senior level, to review and to improve passport program process for Passport Modernization Directorate (PMD).

The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract award to December 31, 2023 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
