RFP - Post-warranty Maintenance and Support Services for x86 HP Products

- Shared Services Canada (SSC) has a requirement for the provision of Post-warranty Hardware Maintenance and Support Services for x86 HP Products, including break and fix. The infrastructure contains server assets belonging to the 45 partners SSC supports.
 
1. Security requirement: This ITQ contains a requirement for vendor and personnel security screening.

2. Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement, the Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement, the Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
