Roofing Repair work will be considered any installation, inspection, report, repair, maintenance, demolition or replacement of Infrastructure whether carried out by the Contractor’s Employees directly or by a Sub-Contractor in their employ. This Standing Offer (SO) will be established for a period of 3 years.
