The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has the as and when requested requirement for the supply and delivery of biosafety level 4 (BSL-4) positive pressure suits to their BSL-4 laboratory, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. HVO-Deutschland GmbH’s BSL-4 (Model: BSL-4 CFIA/PHAC) positive pressure is the sole approved suit for use in PHAC’s BSL-4 laboratory by their regulation body: the Centre for Biosecurity and Office of Biohazard Containment and Safety. The period of the requirement will be from issuance for one year, with the option to extend by an additional one year period.
