AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on June 30, 2022 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary : Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada requires the supply, installation and on-site training on the use of 1 Growth Chamber in accordance with the specifications listed herein for its Lacombe Research and Development Centre Located at 6000 C+E Trail, Lacombe, AB T4L 1W1. Delivery, off-loading, on-site installation and on-site training is required by March 31, 2023. It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder attend a virtual work site visit. Arrangements have been made to host the site visit using the digital platform Microsoft Teams. The virtual site visit will begin at 10:00 AM MDT (Lacombe time), June 21, 2022. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 10:00 AM MDT, June, 20 2022 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. A website link will then be provided that will give access to the virtual meeting as well as instructions on how to connect.
