Environment and Climate Change Canada have a requirement for stream 1 engines: Compression-ignition engines with a power output of 3 to 560kW.

The engines used in testing could be new or used. A maximum of two (2) RISO's may be awarded for stream 1.

This requirement is for an initial period of two (2) years from the effective date of the Standing Offer with an option to extend the offer by three (3) additional periods of one (1) year.
