The Kagawong Lighthouse soil remediation project is located in the town of Kagawong, Manitoulin Island, Lake Huron, Ontario. Work of this contract is comprised of excavation and off-site disposal of soil impacted with deleterious substances. Additional tasks include backfilling, grading, and sodding / site re-instatement of the area of excavation. Soil will be excavated in areas directly adjacent to the foundation of the Lighthouse structure. The project site is accessible by public road.
