Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement for the provision of accommodations and food distribution support, medical first aid and site management services for Asylum Seekers entering Canada at CBSA`s Regional Processing Center (RPC) at St-Bernard de Lacolle in Québec. The Contractor will be responsible for site operations on behalf of CBSA. Permanent installations will become available in November 2022 to help centralize all operations in one single location. On the RPC site, the Contractor will operate an on-site Mini-clinic and provide Medical First Aid services to Asylum Seekers. The Contractor will also be responsible for distributing meals to AS, allocating beds, bedding cleaning and maintenance as well as providing basic necessities including diapers, hygiene kits, baby food, etc. Please note that the contract effective date is January 1, 2023.
