AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2022-12-19 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence requires a Contractor to lease accommodation trailers for 45 personnel and install on a prepared site in Ottawa, Ontario by February 24, 2023 as specified in Annex Statement of Work. The Contract term will be from date of award to 31 March 2026 with Canada having the option to extend the term by up to 2 years and/or to purchase the trailers at any time during the lease. Canada will also have the option to lease additional accommodation trailers.
