    The Canadian Coast Guard requires the Contractor to provide tug and barge services to transport equipment and material from Victoria, BC to Calvert Island where CCG will provide helicopter services to sling the required equipment up to the mountaintop communications site. Tug and barge services to transport equipment and material from Calvert Island to Denny Island where CCG will provide helicopter services to sling the required equipment up to the mountaintop communications site. Tug and barge services to transport any remaining equipment removed from the Denny Island Site to Port Hardy, BC where it will be offloaded by Coast Guard.
