Two yearly rotational RMSO's will be awarded for the supply and delivery of Fluid Milk & Cream to DND at 5 CDSB Gagetown in Oromocto, NB & CSC Institutions located in Renous & Dorchester NB and Springhill & Truro NS. As Fluid Milk & Cream prices are controlled by the New Brunswick Farm Commission and the Nova Scotia Natural Products Counsel, we propose to rotate the milk business to each Company/Dairy licensed/authorized to sell fluid milk & cream in the territories where the clients are located. A standing offer must & will be awarded to each Company/Dairy for a period of (1) year each to rotate the business equally.
A contracting officer can use limited tendering for specific reasons outlined in the applicable trade agreements. The reason for this contract is described below:
