Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Correctional Service Canada / Corcan Industries is hereby issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of raw material in order to manufacture mattresses for the delivery at various locations as specified in each individual Call-Up document. The Standing Offer will be valid from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of 1 year with the possibility to extend for an additional 3 years period. Proposed estimated standing offer value for the first year: $460,000.00 (Applicable Taxes included). Approval Advance approval is sought in the amount of $1,900,000.00 for the standing offer and the extension period(s). Additional funding up to $60,000.00 (for the extension 3), if required, is sought in case the ‘offer’ exceeds the initial $1,840,000.00. Additional funding will be obtained prior to issuance of a standing offer and a revision to the standing offer for the revisions.
