Taxi Chits Standing Offer

The Offeror must provide taxi chits, in two (2) formats described herein, to federal government departments within the National Capital Region (NCR) on an "if and when requested" basis. The Offeror must provide and install the equipment necessary for the sorting and notching of the taxi chits along with the instruction of the methodology to the taxi companies in the NCR and the federal government departments. The Offeror must provide a representative fluent in both official languages located in the province of Ontario that will conduct the coordination between taxi companies and federal government departments in tracing any source of discrepancy and maintain all records necessary to assure control of inventories assigned to all federal government departments along with all the administrative requirements.
