Public Safety Canada (PS) is seeking a lead advertising and creative agency to provide a full range of creative development and advertising-related services PS social marketing campaigns. Examples of campaign topics could include, but are not limited to, cyberbullying, drug-impaired driving, emergency preparedness, firearms safety and gun violence prevention, human trafficking, and online child sexual exploitation (OCSE). The agency will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing and advertising campaign strategies and the development of creative assets. The agency will be expected to provide various services such as account management and coordination services, strategic planning and developing services, web and interactive strategic services, etc.
