The scope of work for this project is to replace approximately 428 m2 in flooring with new carpet, porcelain floor tile, sheet flooring, and rubber base in a portion of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) North Portal, Saskatchewan Port of Entry Travellers Building and Commercial Building. The border crossing operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week, requiring phasing and temporary furniture relocation to maintain full operations with minimal disruptions during flooring replacement.
