This Supply Arrangement (SA) will apply to projects managed by the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB), and with a construction cost not exceeding $2M excluding taxes. Construction for the purpose of this SA is defined as the work required to deliver specific projects in and around the Parliamentary Precinct. Construction includes work required to improve, reconfigure and/or refurbish spaces, building systems, and building elements. Work will be undertaken on the exterior and interior of buildings and must be accomplished without affecting building occupants. The period of the SA will be three (3) years with two (2) additional one year options to be used at PWGSC’s discretion.
