The Information Resources Centre (IRC), Canadian Forces College provides multi-media materials with public performance reports to support curriculum development and delivery. The IRC is seeking to replace it DVD and VHS collections of documentaries and feature films in te areas of command and leadership, military operations, international politics, geoplolitics, genocide, national security, and peace operations. With a library-dedicated film content provider that permits the perpetual purchase of titles, the public performance of the titles, and the creation of film clips for classroom use and posting in the college's learning manage system. Kanopy a video streaming used by the majority of North American Academic and public libraries meets the above requirement.
