Work Description: The scope of Work shall include the provision of all labour, material, tools, equipment and transportation of goods required to carry out Condition Based Inspections, Servicing, Repairs and Replacements of overhead industrial doors and sliding vehicle gates (motorized and non-motorized) for the Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Esquimalt. The locations of the work include all areas on Vancouver Island South of Parksville under the jurisdiction of CFB Esquimalt including but not limited to the Greater Victoria area, and Canadian Forces Maritime Experimental and Test Ranges (CFMETR) located in Nanoose and Nanaimo. Period of the Standing Offer: This Standing Offer shall be for a fixed 3 year period commencing from the start date listed on the Standing Offer. The Offeror grants to Canada two (2) irrevocable options to extend the term of the Standing Offer each for an ADDITIONAL CONSECUTIVE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD, under the same terms and conditions as contained in the Standing Offer. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT.
