To provide a portable outdoor toilet for the duration of the scaffolding rental. The contractor will be required to include up to 8 rental periods of 28 days and dismantle the scaffolding and clean the site once asked by the Department Representative. The contractor will also be required to provide a certificate by a structural engineer.
