Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as necessary for General Contracting services as requested by the Canadian High Arctic Research Station (CHARS) in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut. Services are to be provided on an "as required” basis. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued a standing offer. The period of the Standing Offer will be for two (2) years with three (3) one-year option periods. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements.
