A National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the as and when requested supply, delivery and off-loading of Reconyx Professional Series wildlife cameras and accessories to various Parks Canada Agency (PCA) locations across Canada, excluding PCA locations subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs) is required to support PCA’s ongoing wildlife tracking and research activities. Due to interoperability and compatibility requirements with PCA’s existing inventory of Reconyx Professional Series cameras and proprietary accessories and integrated software, as well as the need for consistent, interchangeable data collection for wildlife tracking, research and analysis purposes across camera set-up locations, only Reconyx Professional Series cameras and accessories are acceptable. The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) begins at issuance and ends one year later; Canada retains an irrevocable option to extend the SOA for 2 additional 1 year periods.
