Promotional Items Standing Offer Parks Canada

This Standing Offer on behalf of Parks Canada is for an initial period of three (3) years from the date of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer by up to seven (7) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. The delivery points will be across Canada at various Parks Canada locations. The Offeror will deliver a full range of goods (official branded merchandise products and a limited range of non- branded products), provide and manage a business-to-business (B2B) on-line ordering Solution, as well as warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment and distribution services to Retailers and the public. A non-exclusive licence to use PCA Marks will be extended to the successful proponent. The Offeror of this Standing Offer will become PCA’s primary supplier of branded Official Merchandise.
