A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the upgrade of the communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management avionics as well as the replacement of the radar systems in it fleet of 4 CT142 Dash 8 aircraft. The requirement includes the supply and installation of the required goods at the successful bidders facility as well as on-site training at the DND facility located at Winnipeg, Manitoba. The anticipated completion date of the contract is 2024-09-30. A site visit will be made available upon request as part of this solicitation process. If requested, a site visit to be held at the DND facility located in Winnipeg,. MB on 2023-05-11. The site visit will begin at 10:30 hours local time. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2023-05-08 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
