Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires Energy Service Companies (ESCos) to provide professional and construction services, financing, training and monitoring associated with the implementation of energy efficiency improvements for the following three (3) facilities included in this solicitation:
1.Environment and Climate Change Canada Eureka (ECCC Eureka), located on Ellesmere Island at a latitude of 80N, Nunavut
2.Department of National Defence Eureka (DND Eureka), located on Ellesmere Island at a latitude of 80N, Nunavut
3.Natural Resources Canada Polar Continental Shelf Program (NRCan PCSP), located in Resolute Bay, Nunavut
The Proposal shall address the buildings at these facilities, and the exterior elements of the sites, as listed in Annex A, section 3 – “Building Names”.
