The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish one or more Regional Individual Standing Offers, (RISO’s) for the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to rent snowmobiles, snowmobile tubs/skimmers and trailers for transporting the snowmobiles, as required by the Department of National Defence (DND) for tasking or exercises in Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, British Columbia and the United States.
