The R. H. Coats building is comprised of 26 floors, the ground floor is used as a public lobby. The building is located in the Tunney’s Pasture government complex, in Ottawa. PSPC is updating 25 floors under the WTP project. The existing furniture on 20 floors has been dismantled and removed. The existing Teknion workstations (from 11 of the floors) and height adjustable tables have been dismantled and moved for storage on Floors 4, 5, 24 and 25. These workstations and height adjustable tables will be reused, to be reinstalled on the floors once construction is completed. For this scope of work, we will be considering the reinstallation onto Floors 3, 7,16, 17, 19, 20, 22, 23 only.
