The purpose of this Statement of Requirement is to describe the requirement and effort needed from the Contractor by the Department of National Defence (DND) to provide and install a 668.9 m² fabric tent for the covered storage of national assets residing in the care and custody of CFB Esquimalt Base Logistics. The tent must be installed on a concrete pad to the south of building C66 (Base Logistics Main Warehouse) in the Colwood area of the base. The concrete pad and electrical services to the pad will be installed by DND prior to tent installation. The distribution panel to tie all the electrical together must be installed by the Contractor at the time of the tent installation.
