Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the rental of up to ten (10) x Dry Vans 53’ Tandem Air Ride and up to five (5) x Reefer Vans 53’ Tandem Air Ride for CFB Gagetown- Oromocto, NB. The trailers will/may be used in the confines of the training area, which range from past Range Control or any entrance to the training area, including the entrance to the Petersville hardstand area. Trailers may be used to transport equipment to points in Canada or the United States. As the rental units may be driven throughout Canada and into the United States, all rental units must be licensed accordingly. The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer is one (1) year on an as and requested basis from date of award with two (2) option years. Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $ 100,000.00 (HSTI). A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO. The area of delivery is CFB Gagetown- Oromocto. NB E2V4J5
