AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on October 30, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is inviting civil engineering consulting firms with strong multidisciplinary engineering experience and expertise in Dams and Water-Retaining Structures (locks, earth embankments, dykes and canals) to submit proposals for Standing Offers. The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) may result in the authorization of up to three (3) Standing Offers for the Ontario Region. Each resultant Standing Offer will be for a period of three (3) years with an additional two (6) months option periods. Canada anticipates the total value of these standing offers to be approximately $10,000,000.00. Individual call-ups will vary, up to a maximum of $1,500,000.00 (HST included). The RFSO will be a single submission process.
