This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish Departmental Individual Standing Offers (DISOs) and National Individual Standing Offers (NISOs) for the supply and delivery of light duty vehicles identified herein to all Canadian Federal Departments, Crown Corporations or Agencies across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) with the exception of Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA). Any of all CLCAs with the exception of Nunavut Land Claims Agreement (NLCA) may apply to this procurement. The sole user of the DISOs is Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) who can order on behalf of all Canadian Federal Departments, Crown Corporations or Agencies. The sole user of the NISOs is the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
