This amendment is issued to facilitate a data quality activity internal to Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC). Changes have been made internal to PSPC and to the procurement document. The Canadian Coast Guard has a requirement for a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) which will be used to supply a standard list of communications and navigation equipment, which is suitable-for and currently in-use on small crafts. The NISO is for a 3 year period, with 2 additional (1) year option periods. Delivery will be made to various Canadian Coast Guard, (CCGS) locations. This requirement is subject to the provisions of CFTA. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Content Policy. The Phased Offer Compliance Process (POCP) applies to this requirement.
