The Construction Management Services Time: the Construction Manager must perform the services and achieve Substantial Performance of the Work by no later than 10 months from Contract Award, and project completion by no later than 12 months from Contract Award. Options: Additional time will be granted based on the construction durations for each option and when they are exercised.
